Welcome to BharatPrep AI. By registering an account or accessing our AI study planners, test analytics, and AI Teacher ("Guruji"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Users must be at least 18 years of age or possess parental/legal guardian consent to utilize our services.
2. Free Access Period & Platform Services
BharatPrep AI currently operates on a 100% Free Platform Access Model for aspirants preparing for competitive examinations. There are currently no mandatory paid subscription fees or credit card requirements for general portal access. If paid premium plans or paid features are introduced in the future, explicit prior notice and updated pricing terms will be published on the platform before any charge is incurred.
3. AI Mentor Non-Advisory & Content Disclaimer Shield
BharatPrep AI provides advanced AI-driven educational assistance. Our AI Mentor ("Guruji") provides study hints, score estimations, Socratic explanations, and schedule recommendations for preparation guidance only. Guruji's responses do NOT constitute formal academic accreditation, legal, medical, or guaranteed government job placement advice. We make no absolute guarantees regarding specific exam selection or cutoff ranks.
4. User Conduct & Intellectual Property
All AI-generated questions, solutions, formulas, and platform code are the exclusive intellectual property of BharatPrep AI. Registering grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license for personal exam preparation. Copying, scraping, reselling, or commercial distribution of platform materials is strictly prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, BharatPrep AI, its directors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform.
6. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts located in New Delhi, India.
